Ok so my headphones that came with the zune stopped working yesterday.
So i called to get a replacement. That guy is so slow with typing i mean come-on. And then he puts me on hold for 20 minutes while he approves my replacement. Lame. I better get those premuim or ill get mad. ![]() |

Your trauma is waiting for a few minutes to get your replacement approved? What if they told you to go somewhere else and buy a new pair? I'm sure there are much worse stories than that. I've worked in retail, if that's all that happened, there's really not much to complain about.
