How to I copy songs form my zune to my computer?

I used to be able to do it with the old software but now when i use copy to collection it doesnt seem to do anything. So how do i get songs from my zune to my computer?

reverse sync.. go to device, right click and copy to my collection.

i tired that but it doesnt do anything...i dont know why.

it should.. check your folders in your computer..

unfortunately it doesnt. i check my music/zune and none of the new albums i added are in there...are my old ones are however.

Make sure the software is pointing to the right folder to monitor. Is this your home computer, or are you synching as guest? Does it look like it is doing any copying at all (does the hard drive light become active)?

You could try re-installing the software.

all i do is right click and choose copy to my collection.

Hat Trick Jr. Zuner Join Date: Apr 2008 Posts: 44 Reputation: 10	Make sure the software is pointing to the right folder to monitor. Is this your home computer, or are you synching as guest? Does it look like it is doing any copying at all (does the hard drive light become active)? You could try re-installing the software.
