Zune warranty??

I bought my zune 2g 8gb a month ago and I registered an account on the website like a week ago. Then I saw my wrranty expiration.
shouldn`t it be one year wrranty? Mine lasts like 7months.
I didnt buy a refurbished one. anybody can explain??

Hmm are u sure it was brand new? What store did you buy it from? i would first call zune support and they will ask you to verify this, to do this just fax a copy of your receipt to them

just call microsoft if you still have the receipt.. lol unless you got it off ebay then warranty is a bit void sometime lol

Sounds like it was from ebay, or a return. The warranty starts from the date of purchase from the original retailer(eg.walmart).

seems like it was from ebay. most companies have at least 1 year warranty. 7 months sounds kinda wierd. call microdoft anyway and see what's up.
