I purchased my 80gb ZUNE in Feb 08 after puttinn' over 1000 songs on it It would not come on anymore I contacted zune tech support he end result was they had to send me another one. Afer receiving the second one after putting 3200 song on it somehow everything on the zune was deleted off even all the preset stuff pix and videos podcasts etc. and the problem is my used space is not free and it says that I still have over 15 gb used and I don't understand how when the Zune say 0 music, picture, video etc. Now I've sent that one back and I've gotta see what they say about this problemI am ticked off and think that zune can offer me some free accessories for all my troubles. I hate I bought this product

My Zune works fine. it is a Zune 80, too. Got it back in Jan 08. Zero problems.

I am sure we all understand, and can relate to, problems with a device like this. However, you did not post looking for advice or steps to correct the problem. Instead, you chose a forum dedicated to the very product you dislike as the place to vent your frustration.
There are many experienced Zuners on this board that may have been able to help you with the problem. Couldn't you bring the Zune back to the store you bought it at; or did you buy it online? It is nice that they are swapping them out. But if you are looking for help or guidance to possibly prevent this from happening, we would need to know more information about the circumstance surrounding the issue. |
