How to connect your zune to xbox 360

okay i know how to connect the two but is it possible to take videos from your xbox and put them on your zune? Also if you have gamer points on your xboxlive account can you some how use them on your zune to buy music etc...

it is all possible after talking to zune and microsoft but still i need to know how to put videos from my xbox 360 to my computer then from there to my zune...

Just login to the zune software using your XBL account.

remember tech support can be very stupid.

hint- next time you have to deal with them ask them to "elevate" your call! because your more than likely dealing with a newer person and they will send to a more experienced tech!
