Found something in ZunedbAPI maybe for scrobbling?

I stumbled across this in the object browser in VS2008 when searching for something useful in the Zunedbapi. Would this not help in the ongoing effort for scrobbling? If this does what I believe it does, could you not see what is now playing, then check it again in 30 seconds to see if they are listening to the same track, and if so then scrobble that information? This is all based on the idea that this does indeed give you access to what is now playing in the Zune software.
