No thanks. I don't know what the big deal is with completely solid surface interfaces. I prefer tactile feedback to know I've pushed a button. In other words, touching a button image is not the same as pushing a button.

This looks nothing like an Apple product. You've just associated "touch-screen player" with Apple. It's just a Zune with the screen extended and some glowing buttons. Either way, I wouldn't buy it.

i probably would buy it if it's under $350 but any higher i wouldn't not for only 16 or 32 gigabyte of space!

personally, my ideal zune 3 would be the zune 80 shape, but w/ the blue-black matte of the 30, a 64gb ssd, and crystal sapphire coating on the screen.
