Default Microsoft Surface hooks up with Zune [pics]

Microsoft is getting ready to launch its next generation of Home Computer: Microsoft Surface.

Quote:
The software giant has built a new touchscreen computer—a coffee table that will change the world. Go inside its top-secret development with PopularMechanics.com, then forget the keyboard and mouse: The next generation of computer interfaces will be hands-on.
Apparently you can use the table to link to your Zune. You just put your Zune on the table and you can manage it like on a computer.

Confused? Its hard to explain what the Surface is. See the videos here for yourself.

When you get to the site, click on the video on the right side. It shows the Surface with Zune.

Yep, this isn't new. When Surface was first announced a couple of years back they showcased the Zune compatibility.

Default Yes!

This exactly what I was talking about in the "Zune 3" thread. About how to integrate the Zune with Surface. In the other post I theorized that they could have MS Surface enabled Marketplace kiosks in Malls and what not so you could just set your Zune on it and purchase (Drag) music directly to the device. How cool would that be?! And just think of how jealous all the iPod users would be seeing that!!! It'll be great if current gen zune would work with it as well as new versions.
