Yep... but this time... my headphones actually did start to give up... not completely, but I told them they broke lol. Yeah so in about 2 days or so I should get my 2nd FREE pair of v2 premium earbuds.
Then I think I will call them and say that I did not receive them, that way, they send YET ANOTHER pair with PRIORITY shipping.I heart microsoft for being so loyal sometimes... ![]()

They did for me when my headphones actually did break. However, they never sent a box or waybill to send them the broken headphones. Don't worry. I'm sure they'll tighten up their loose headphone replacement standards because of all the "fraud."

heh both times so far they have never asked me to send the broken ones in. Maybe I just got lucky, but hell its great. Yeah I think I will just keep the extra pair for backup maybe...

Hah. yeah I recieved them today, a few days late actually. I am going to probably call tonight, and say that I have not got them, and they are late. haha.

Lol, well it will most likely work, since they lack any communication whatsoever at customer support. The guy will most likely put you on hold for 5 minutes then inform you he's sending em out.

i did that too. lol. But my headphone actually broke. The first one didn't come, so I called them again and they sent another one. But then the first one arrived a week later, then the next the the second one came again. So now i have a bunch of headphones sitting in my backpack. LOL

Will they still send you some If the warranty is over ?
I really broke mines a couple months back and I just got a old zune and I'm not sure if its still under the 1 year warranty. EDIT: Just registered the zune and It expired in December.

Well the rubber at the base of the cable on mine has split and it's become pretty annoying. The darn things refuse to die, though
, and I'm not going to break them on purpose. That wouldn't make much sense. It's more of a cosmetic issue for me, since they still function correctly. It's okay, though, I've got until December.
