Default My first "social" experience..

Well, i've had my zune for all but 4 days, and already I have experienced the "Social". We were having a school assembly in the gym, so all the kids were packed onto the bleachers. I turned on my wireless in hope of other zunes, but unfortunately none showed up. Within a few minutes, my friend with an 80 gig showed up, and we shared some songs. Before long, I checked my social tab again, and what!?!? 5 Names showed up! It was amazing, we ended up spending the brunt of the assembly "squirting" songs and pictures. It was awesome. Even though this feature cannot be commonly used, it makes it seem more "special" when you finally have the opportunity to use it.(and it isn't pre-planned)

Good for you. As for me, I really haven't encountered anyone with a Zune at my school. But, considering the type of school it is, that's not very surprising.

Promote it.
That's what I did and they're pretty common nowadays at my school.

Ahhh, I remember my first time . I've only done it twice, though. Once with a Zune 4 or 8 (can't tell the difference), and once with a black Zune 30. Good times...

Same with my group of friends... were working to convert people. So far it's working great, a lot of people are convinced to buy zunes as there next mp3 players, and others have already done so. O

Wow that sounds awesome! I hope I get my soon to be zune before my next assembly. We are also packed into bleachers in the gym in those. I'm sure I'll have one pretty soon, since we are taking the state tests next week. I hope my first time will be as good as yours was.

I go to a prep school where conformity in every aspect of life is the pinnacle of existence. Promoting it would do absolutely nothing. God forbid people thinking for themselves in any way!

I went to Anime Boston this year and I was able to find around a dozen or so other Zuners to toss songs and images back and forth with. It helped pass the time in line.

At the peak it was around a dozen or so zunes. Throughout the day there were around 1-3 on at a time. I am guessing it was mainly the long wait times on day 1 in line that had everyone on their zunes at once, over the Anime Boston weekend around 15,000 different people were there.
