Default Homemade Zune Case?

I've been searching everywhere, but I haven't been able to find a tutorial on making home made zune cases. I want to buy the elan case from griffin, but I don't have enough money( I know it sounds rediculous not to have 6 dollars, but parents wouldn't even consent to buying me a zune, the only reason I even have one is cause I won it in a contest) anyway, I want to see if I can make my own zune case.

I know there was a member here that used to make his own cases..I think it was sketchy62, but he hasn't been on since august.

Any tips/tutorials you find would be helpful

Thanks

Mmm...paper cake. Paper makes the best cake. Gotta have lotsa frosting though. J/K

You could make a duct tape case. Either a paper or tape case are both pretty simple to make, and you could probably figure it out on your own without a tutorial.

You can always make a kind of copy of the zune 30 carrying pouch that comes with them. You know that felt bag that came with the zune 30's. Just go to your local crafts store or walmart or something get some nice fabric/cloth. Then sew!!! Sew until your pouch is to your likings. You can also make a zipper for it or w/e you want. My friend made one looks really good and fits his zune 80 perfectly.

I and saab have both made ducttape zune cases.

Also the cardboard that is used in fridge packs of soda works well because it is thin.
If you want it to have a screencover just cut a ziploc bag and put that around it

First, you need to stalk and kill a lion cub. Then you clean the carcass, removing the jaw bones. After this is done you take your bowie knife and cut a Zune-shaped rectangle in the jaw piece. Make 3 or 4 of these and then slide them together and it should cover the Zune. Then notch another rectangle into the top of the combined ones to create an opening for a screen. Then you take the semen of a carribou and let it harden on the screen, this will create a tough, durable screen cover.

(a heads up, the screen cover tends to attract large female carribou, so be fore-warned)

That's a very uhm.....creative idea =]

lol seriously though, thanks for all the ideas guys, I'm probably going to try the hobozune thing. Or I'll just try and get that elan case from griffin before they stop selling them.
