i can't use zunepass cause something is messed up. i can't even sign into anything with zune. it has an "unknown error" so yea. o and if ur in college then i would use ruckus then fairuse+mirakagi to get all my music =)

ps tunebite sucks compared to fairsuse, its just that u need mirakagi for it to work and tahts hard to find

isn't one of the big things about the new zune software is there is no DRM encoding?

Dont have it; will get soon; to sample as much music as possible; will buy used or well priced new albums i like from amazon; $15 dollars a month, not bad. I spend so much more on music i dont like after all.

I have the Zune Pass too, and I love it. I have so much more music now, cause when I find a song or band I like, I will just download an entire album. And its one set price. Plus I'm not planning on switching my Zune out for any other mp3 player anytime soon (or ever for that matter) so no worries.

I don't use Zune Pass, there are other ways to get music for me. Besides, not ALL of the tracks are DRM free yet, so I'm not paying until that happens.

You know, the one that came with the 30 gig...
And that is precisely the reason I haven't got the pass yet. If I do subscribe and then find my free trial card I'm gonna be pissed off.
When I do get the pass, though, I will convert the downloaded songs through Tunebite.
For anybody that does use Tunebite, does it work on the Zune songs? i don't see why not, but you never know...

But right now I pretty much buy CD's (NO DOWNLOAD) and rip CD's. Oh yeah, and download songs off the net.

I've been using the pass for a while. The marketplace introduced me to some new bands that I've never heard before, but it could be larger.

i LOVE the zune pass! its fun to rub in the faces of iPood fanboys, and it also allows me to have an extensive collection (11000+) songs.... by the way, thats not a typo.... i DO have over 11 THOUSAND songs off the zune marketplace....

i use the zune pass. though i do agree that it there should be one that includes videos. but overall i love it and im happy with it.

I mostly buy cds and rip them. The idea of the Zune pass doesn't really appeal to me because I listen to a lot of japanese music, that isn't available on the marketplace. I do use the marketplace to sample some of the mainstream artists before I buy, if at all.

I like the idea of zune pass, but a lot of the reggae songs I like can not be found on it.
