Actually, CoD is modern day while battlefield is set in the future of 2142... kinda different. And Rockband was going to be activision till ea baught harmonix (or red octane, don't remember which) and split the original combined creators of guitar hero I and II. Thus, results are guitar hero III ledgends of rock which was some deformed but likeable version of guitar hero and rockband which aimed for a more appeal to being in an actual band versus playing a guitar game.

As for the 2nd xna video, some of the games look possible for the zune, but a majority were for xbox. Some screens have xbox buttons on the video.

majerpayne yes you can listen to music while playing the game....

the onyl negative about this all is, it's obviously going to take away major battery power.

In response to ACE saying "have high hopes for a zune 2.5 or zune 3"

Who needs another zune. Who cares.. Add on to the already good zune.

That "Pikture" game looks interesting and very simple to use with the Zune controls

I'm worried about the control on these things. I'm hoping really for some integration to Xbox Live arcade: Some of the games on that are waay simple and sprite-based, so I don't see why SOME arcade games could show up on the Zune.

The games on the second vid WILL NOT be coming to the zune they are demos and examples made from XNA when it was first launched as well as a few competition winners they were made for 360 and PC ONLY.

The Zune only support Spritebatch and render targets and has NO 3D capabilities at all(hardware not software) so you will only get simple 2D games nothing liske what was shown in the second video

i would like to ask that the 2nd video be removed as it is already causing alot of confusion and mis information.

I Highly doubt MS will bring the the the ability to render 3D games as it uses ALOT more power(battery) than a 2D game and you will already be getting less than the video play time with games as it is

Yeah, the second video should be taken down, it has NOTHING to do with Zune and was used in a keynote during GDC last year.
