Need Help With Zune Videos, Please

HI ,

Heres the problem, I need urgent support

I have a 30 GB zune player, and I have ripped many of my personal dvds from my collection (wedding, kids bar mitzvah and stuff) to zune videos.
Now in the collection, they just show up as blank videos with a name under it, what I am trying do here is ADD A COVER IMAGE TO MY ZUNE VIDEO , so far ive done the usual google research , no good results,

Ive tried the drag and drop approach dint work, even my dvdripper from aoamedia.com doesnt have any solution to adding a picture.

Please advise guys!!!!!

You're trying to add a picture to the little video icon right? the one that's in your collection? Well, if that's what you're doing, it should do it automatically. Whether or not its ripped. Have you synced it to your Zune? Try syncing it, and seeing if there's an icon, it might come up there and not in the software.

Sometimes the icon is black or white. It just picks some part in the movie.

if ur trying to add a picture like a cover, well then i don't think u can
i believe it only picks a random screenshot like they said^

Yup thats true. It will show on your device but it might not in the software.

Yeah I don't think that's able to be changed.
