Video Quality Sucks

Ive noticed that the video quality sucks unless its in wmv format. Does anyone know of a free video converter that will convert dvds to zune format that wont look pixalized?

Depending on what package Nero you have it should work. If you have a trial probably not. Experiment though.

Nero does not have converting programs i believe, so go find WinAVI or soemthing... WMV and MP4 seems to be the same quality to me..

i use Any Video Convertor Pro, and the quality is great. the thing is that the resolution is going to always be 320 X240 on the zune, but if you want to have better video qulaity make sure that the bit rate is not decreased while converting, otherwise it looks really really bad. the program has preset convert to zune features but i usually play around with it anyway to get the best results.

What did you use originally to get it on the zune, just the defult convert from the zune software?

theres no default convert zuen software.. you have to buy it mainly.. or find it..

If you drag and drop some stuff gets converted.

Ever. I use the mp4 format, though, and the quality is excellent for some videos and not so great for others. It just depends on the original file and the output settings you use.
