Zune New 2.3 Firmware Upgrade Good Or Bad

Im waiting for my 80 zune to arrive from repair shop but I used mi wife's 8g to upgrade to the new firmware today. TO CHANGE MY LUCK when Iwas instaling it my pc shows and error in the set up and now the zune software doesnt even recognize my wife's zune. Doesnt matter if I download the exe again it gives the same error.I think got some kind of jinx or else.First my zune and now the software. all its said is:

INSTALLATION FAILED ERROR CODE:0X80070643

When I connect the zune the intaller wizard gives :zune bus root number exe. has a fatal error.

Please guys Im waiting for my zune to arrive tomorow.I will have my zune working fine but what the heck if the software doesnt recognized it.

NEED HELP.

Yeah....it might be good idk. if it sucks by asking me to randomly delete crap, then I will downgrade somehow.

the sad part is that all in the add or remove at control panel is frezze nothing can be remove now.I cant even remove zune program to instal it again.Oh I am so mad right now.Why,Why....

I've updated two days ago. It's great because it doesn't make duplicates on my Zune anymore. Eljoy try reformatting the Zune and delete everything including the firmware. Press and hold the back+center+left buttons and the Zune will delete everything it has on it, as well as the firmware. Do it while the Zune is starting up at the Zune screen.
