Zune 80GB - Cannot Connect to Network Wireless Sync

I have been dealing with this "Cannot connect to Network" error and the "Can't connect to PC kae sure you are logged on" error. After reading all the solutions on this board, which none of them worked until for I changed a setting on my Router. My Zune is running on Vista.

I ended up having to turn off the "802.11e QoS" Protection on my Router (Belkin Pre-N 3 Antenna Wireless Router).

QoS (Quality of Service) Configuration
QoS prioritizes important data on your network such as multimedia content and voice-over-IP (VoIP) so it will not be interfered with by other data being sent over the network. Based on 802.11e, this feature can be turned on or off and you can choose the acknowledgement mode you want to use. If you plan to stream multimedia content or use VoIP on your network, the QoS feature should be enabled.

Once I turned it off it works fine. In addition also told my Firewall to allow the following:

Zune
ZuneNss
Zune Launcher

I hope this will help someone get there Zune working.
