Anybody Knows Were Is My Zune ?

Its only a moth and 2 days that send my zune 80 to zune support head quarters . Im so pist off ,call 6 times and they said it was delivered to wrong center.The funny thing is that they give me a preadress box to send the zune back. First I was told I will receving a brand new one and now they told me they will repair mine.The guy even told me I have to wait 3 more weeks to send it back to me.The services from the support department is so bad. Im so mad.

Well, maybe you should have put this in the flame board.

The service really isn't that bad, you should have verified the time it would take to fix the device.

I had to deal with the same stuff when i sent my Xbox 360 in. Took awhile but it is always worth it to have it.
