Well as many of you know, my Zune 80 was broken before it even got to me and I had to send it back and have been waiting approximately 3 weeks for it. Yesterday I received in the mail a dock and two wall chargers. And today I received this email.

I am sorry to inform you that we are unable to process and exchange order for your device at this moment. Instead we have issued you a refund for the total cost of the device and you can purchase a new Zune Originals at your own convenience.
For your troubles we also have sent you the Home AV Pack ($99.99 Value) for free.

One thing, if you didn't read, I didn't GET an AV pack, I got a dock and charger. Not $100

I would want my money back I didn't know they could do that especially since you don't have a Zune to use any of those things.
