Unhappy HELP ME BE WITH MY LOVE.

I got my zune 80 as an aniversary gift by november 28. By my surprice it was damage and shutdown by it self.I can barely use it.So I contact zune.net support and they send me a box so I can send it back to support headquarter to get fix or get a new one.The package was delivered and I have the confirmation they recived it by the 18 of december(by ups).I look at zune.net support every day and it says they are still waiting for the zune.I need help from you guys.I was so happy but it doesnt last long.I been a zuner almost a year and I am so mad.

I contact zune support twice and they are doing nothing but telling me to wait one more month. Please I need as many of you guys to help me and I have a plan for it.This is it .I need you guys to call zune support so they begin to work ,fix my problem and send back my love to me.This is the number of the suport department 1-877-GET-ZUNE (438-9863) and this is my case #1051455092 .I know can count on you guys.Please again Im begging help this poor guy that is so desperate be with his true love again.
I will post dayly the status on my zune beggining today:

Today is the 8 and support headquarters doesnt show any sings of my zune arriving,sh.........

Keep the confirmation received from UPS and use that against MS if worst comes to worst. Other than that wait a week or two and see if the status changes.

I'm on the same path as you right now as my Zune 80 hard drive failed 12 days after I bought it. I sent it in for repair and it arrived at the repair center on Dec. 24 according to UPS, so last Monday. According to the site they're still waiting for it as of today. I spoke to a rep this past Monday and he said you typically have to wait 10-15 business days before they process your request, so he advised me to call back next Monday. We'll see what happens then but I'm getting the feeling that this is going to take a while. Keep us updated on your situation.

No offense, but spamming Microsoft to get it fixed really isn't going to do anything. In fact, they could maybe refuse service if it were to become serious enough.


Just keep checking. Remember, it was just the holidays, so they probably are very busy right now.

they never fixed my zune 30 and i never got it back i think they lost it

Bought a Zune 30 from Beast Buys also got the extended warranty they offered the unit went down, sent it in for the repair (to warranty company) unit was deemed unrepairable. Bypassed Microsoft all together. Received Beast buy gift card that was used to buy my 80 gb unit To late for you, but this info may help others.
