Belkin folio kickstand question

I have a question for anyone with the Belkin Folio Kickstand case. Was/is your case very tight, and did it constantly press the play/pause button?? I just got one off of woot.com about 2 weeks ago, and haven't really tried it much....but I just tried it again today, and noticed that it constantly presses the play/pause button. Will it loosen up, or do I just have to turn the lock on to use it? That seems kinda lame.

Nobody has any experience with the Belkin Folio Kickstand?

It seems to have loosened up a bit after a couple days in the case, but it still presses the play/pause button when I close it sometimes.

mine worked fine when i used it, i just didnt like the case, it is too bulky and the orange "microfiber" stuff spreads lint everywhere, but it will probably loosen up the more you use it
