ZUNE BAD MADNESS

I place mi pre order for he new zunes in october 5.In november 28 they arrive. One red 8gb for mi wife ( her aniverssary gift)and of curse the 80gb(mine too) for daddy.We were happy and now I can share all the media with someone.All fine until I tried to use my zune. When Its playing music sudennly it restat all by itself.I wait for so long for this. In the middle of sons it turn off and the restart again.I tried to do all kind of things to figure it out whats was the problem. Im in a bad madness.Contacted zune support and they offer me an exchange.Now Im waiting for a box to arrive by mail .I have to put only My zune and mail it back then M.S. will send me another in one month time. What can I do. Im so mad.It was so beautifull,so nice but last for so short time.It remind me mi first kiss.

I know it was M.S. misstake and thats the reason for the shorter of the zune 80gb.Why if they know it put someone so in love to so hard task.

Its god punishing you for buying the 80gb for you, and only giving ur wife the 8gb lol.....nah im just kidding that hella sucks what has happened but MS is usually fast with sending stuff back well with my experience anyway like with the 360 they said it would take like 4 weeks I got mine back in 2weeks
