xbox 360 update adds new functionality to the zune!!!!

so the big yearly update for the xbox360 hits tommarow, and it seems my prayers have been answered.
My biggest problem with watching movies streaming from my zune to the 360 was the inability to fast forward, rewind or skip chapters. lots of night i would start a movie and then fall asleep halfway through only to find that i had to watch the movie all over again to get to the part i was at. Well now with the new update every movie played on the 360 gets 10 chapter points. there is also a slew of other features that can be found here:

seems MS is trying to actually turn the 360 into a media center finally.
so anyone else use a zune to stream media to their 360?

Lol, I'm gonna be streaming my .AVI's from my computer come tomorrow. That's the big feature I was hoping for.

I usually use a thumb drive, External HDD or stream video from my PC. I can fast forward and use much better looking files.

The update seems great. The only thing I dislike with watching videos from the Zune through the 360 is that it is displayed all pixeled and blurry.

Is there a way to fix this or is the video always like that?

That's going to happen. You're blowing up the size of your videos at least 2x.

It does this. It's still really slow at reading stuff of the zune.

You can't stream avi files with the Zune software since the Zune software doesn't support AVI files.

still can't :-( ive been using tversity guess imma still have to now if there was only a way to turn it into an hdr.....
