I'm liking it so far, Wireless Sync was a breeze to setup (even through my crappy router) and I'm now syncing whilst my zune is in my coat pocket. Cool

How do i get the wireless sync working? (ive set it up with my router but what then?)

I dont have my zune with me right now so i can't upgrade atm =\, but the new marketplace is amazing. But i have a question for anyone that might know: does the zune pc software transcode h.264 and mp4 to wmv before syncing, or does the device play the original un-converted files with codecs in the new firmware? I've been hearing that the zune 30 isn't powerful enough to play them so it transcodes it =X so yeah i'm kinda wondering about that.

@Boko Click the Settings in the upper right corner.
Then you should see 'device' in the left corner.
Click it and you should see 'Wireless Sync'

Hope that helps....

I like it for the most part, the software is a little bright, and the text in the firmware's main menu is WAY TO BIG

Mine Re-synced everything the first time, it was abnormally quick compared to the old software though.

This new program sucks so much! Everytime i connect my zune it syncs music so i have double of the song on it!

At first it was refusing to update my Zune device 7 I almost flipped! Well it's working now & it looks sweet. I think I may have noticed a bug in radio in that I can't dial the stations,only jump to presets.
Anywayz,the podcasts & videos look great. Right now I'm already hooked into the Social function(setiing mine up)..I think this feature will gain in popularity,it was a good idea.

This Freakin' Sucks!!! The larger fonts totally obscure any wallpaper you may have enjoyed seeing! When I search for music by artist, it no longer lists the artist songs that are on Soundtracks or any Misc./Various Artist albums they may have had a song on. I recently bought a Zune for a gift - I Will Not update before sending! The person I bought it for doesn't have a computer, so I pre-loaded music, pictures, and video's. She's lucky - I have to live with this sh** 'til an update comes out to hopefully fix these HUGE inconveniences!!!

misterk - there's an option in the radio whether to seek or not.

RDPII - There's an option under settings to list artists by album or by song.

The firmware is s-w-e-e-t, the Software massacred my library. Other than that, I'm glad the wait is over. Can't wait to explore more!

What the hell! I can't believe they took away auto-playlists! Sure, the last version was buggy, but you FIX THE PROBLEM, not REMOVE THE FEATURE ENTIRELY... ARGH!

And what happened to sync priority??? I want to use my device for videos, then podcasts, then pictures, then music, In that order. On the old software, I could specify that--in fact, i used to go one step further so that the music I had rated unliked, and then music I had rated as indifferent would be removed first. Thanks to my sync priority settings, I never got a "your device is too full message"... it just filled it up to the max as best it could. I can't believe they were so F'ING STUPID as not to include at least which type of media to include first.

Now I've got to pick through my list to see what I want to remove from my device, and then add it back in later should I have more room.
