i've been using zedge for cellphone themes and sms tones for quite a while now, never downloaded any wallpapers though.
for those too lazy to click-through, there's thousands of wallpapers sorted very well. it's worth the click.

You're downloading a Nokia theme file. You're looking at themes, look for backgrounds/wallpapers.
