How do you cancel the trial?

I'm on the Zune Pass 14 day trial, and I want to cancel it. I click on the Cancel Zune Pass line in my software and it takes me to my account, however all I am given is the option to upgrade my pass. I even logged into my zune.net account and went to Zune Pass and all it does it give me the option to upgrade my pass, there is NO button to cancel it. This is really irritating and I feel like Microsoft pulled a fast one on me...this is downright deceitful. How am I supposed to cancel this damn thing? I don't want to be charged when my trial is up.

I'm in the middle of my free trial too. Every time I sign into the software it tells me to renew my subscription or delete the media I've downloaded already (I still have 7 days). They did require a credit card, but it sounds lik, and I hope I'm right, they'll just delete what you already downloaded at the end of the 14 days unless you sign up for a pass.

You won't be charged when your trial is up, it will just ask you to upgrade. If it does charge you just call microsoft, they will gladly solve your problem an reimburse you if need be.
