Question More problems

Ok, so after a ton of work to get my zune working, I decided to finally use my zune pass that I have had for about a month. I bought it at a store, so It has been sitting in a drower for that time. I scratched off the code on the back and imputted into the 25-charactor slot and everytime it said that it couldn't be accepted. try again later. Is the network just screwed up and won't imput, or is there a chance that some hacker guessed that code?

Ok. Is their tech support as bad as it's said to be?

No, only the Xbox 360 Support is bull****. Zune Support is very good.

Ok, so I never contacted microsoft, but figured out my problem: my computer. I cant change my zune card picture or backgroud from this computer, but I can on the computers at my school, so I figure that I can do it on a different computer. could I just type it the zune pass in a different computer and just download from that computer, or does it only work on that computer?

Yes, you can use it on up to 3 computers. Zune pass can be used for 3 computers and 2 zunes.(think it's 3 zunes maybe I'm sure it's 3 computers though). So yeah it should work on the other computer.

you can do it on a different computer and use it on yours.

you really should contact MS before your reinstall windows (that's a pain... cause all your software and everything just don't unless your computer starts crashing randomly)

just call up microsoft. They're networks have been pretty shabby lately. Xbox live windows live have both been showing major problems. There's too much traffic and MS can't handle it. You can keep trying but try doing it late at night.

I don't really want to dump everything and i'm not sure if my dad would let me( I use the family computer) I'm thinking of buying a laptop because the computer I have is old. It's not super old, but it's a 2000 or a 2001. I think it might run ok if I reinstall everything but... I don't know. I'll do something at some point.

If your Dad says yes, go for it. If not, get the new computer.
