Zune Pass issue wtf?

i have a zune pass and now that i did the update on everything and now that i did that is says that i have to pay for all the explicit albums and i can only get the edited ones. why is this?

because you need your "parent account" to unblock them. You should have done that when you were setting up the software.

Ya, i have had the same problems, i changed the settings in the parent profile on zune.net and it still is not doing anything. I have already called the zune help line this week and talked to a guy in india about this and he was about as helpful as talking to a wall. can someone respond to this if they have found how to fix this?

Just got done reading a thread on this on zune.net

Supposedly, as long as your account is tied to a parents one, there's nothing you can do. Can you make a new account?

I would like to add, if you have a zune pass trial(the 14days that come with) you can't download the explicit content no matter what.

can you make a new windows live id or zune account or w/e without having to pay again? or will you have to basically make a whole new thing and set up billing info and stuff and start over?

I had no idea that the 14 trial thing wouldn't let you download the explicit. Guess I got to get VeggieTales or something.

Your best bet is to make a new acount. Microsoft is really strict when i comes to those things.
