this has probably beed said before, but i'm too lazy to read all that stuff.

to keep your songs without having to take the drm off of them.

before you plug you zune in, unplug your internet.

you have to do that every time...

if this doesn't work then tell me... cause i've never done it.

DRM is digital rights management. It's made mostly for subscription purposes, so that the songs can be deactivated when you stop paying.

Is there a link or sticky that explaines how to remove the DRM. I'm a novice who can use as much info as I can get.

They've got stuff like that for pretty much everything that limits customer experience

Looks pretty interesting, I might try it if I ever decide to purchase a zune pass. Still not sure if I should get one.

Alright, this is my understanding of the Zune pass (AKA: The zune pass and what happens after you get rid of it)

You get unlimeted songs as long as you are subscribed, when you cancel the service, you still get the songs. For a month. After that it all goes bubkis. To avoid this, get as much **** as you will ever need on your zune, and after that just use a wall charger or (And don't hold me to this, I'm not sure if this one will work) use a Xbox 360 unplugged from the internet.

I know this is a little late but ALLthe songs on my Zune just stopped working like 2 months after I stopped paying for my pass. I haven't plugged it into my computer in like 3 months. Haven't even open my Zune software in that long mainly b/c I taught my hubbie how to use lime wire but he has no understanding of how to relabel the stuff he downloads.(See the problem?) Any way I went to use my Zune which had like less the 8 of 30 GB left open and almost nothing works since most of the music was downloaded from my Zune pass. Limewire has become my best friend this week as I attempt to replace all the lost music. Just a little heads up if this hasn't already happened to you.

Default Tunebite or FairUse

I have a Question: Does Tunebite disable the DRM of an MP3 file or does it remove it?

The thing is I'm trying to decide whether to use Tunebite or FairUse. If the end result is the same for both softwares (DRM no longer restricts me to Zune/iPod services/devices, and now I can use the MP3 file on any device), then i'd rather go with the free one. So can anyone answer both my questions?
