Is this the HD's box? CrazyphoneGuy of TwitPic seems to think so.
It doesn't look that different from the current Zune's boxes. But that's not exactly surprising.
In other news, it seems the HD was a no-show in the Houston area. Anyone get to see the HD?
Perhaps you can confirm for us.

seems pretty legit. Although I wonder why the HD Radio is capitalized when everything else is lowercase.

Games are awesome to have on the cover on the box even if games are not on the device on release.

And I do hope it comes with premium headphones, but seeing as they don't seem to have a v3 version in rumors it might be just standard headphones. But I love my v2 and if they don't include premium headphones I'd be fine with using my v2.

But that being said, I think I'm gonna wait a little while and see if they offer a better package later on. They might even release the Zune Original colors as standard. That blue looks pretty sexy to me.

It could possible be because HD Radio is a trademarked name, at least I think it is.

very nice, i like games. now international release and FREE games and apps, and there will be nothing that stands in the way of this thing. unless you want an ipod touch with a crappy camera.....

I doubt it will come with the premium headphones, it'll probably just come with the regular ones. There was another post in another section that showed what appeared to be the inside of the box and it showed different looking than the older zune's headphones but still not premium. *I have premium*
