Only the 120's have glass screens. I learned that online. I got scratches up and down my 80.

like if you have an older version you can go back to the carrier and get the newer upgraded version. it is possible to do that with the zunes?

the carrier? no, its like if you had a zune 30, you cant just go to best buy and trade it in for a zune 80. they would be losing lots of money if they made that happen
