i have a price for the zune hd! also the yes to apps to download! Zune HD World | Price
$300 and $400 is a little much.... why would they make it $50 more, people arent goin to think they get what they paid for, theyr going to think theyve been ripped off. and plus, MS has always been cheaper than apple, and always has better products. so that price is doubtful. im going to say the zune is 20-30 dollars less, like the current zunes to ipod nano.
As much as I want the Zune HD to encase the Nvidia Tegra chip, I can't take the PC Perspective as a credible source. For many reasons... 1. They say that they've known about this for months, but never thought it important enough to say anything about. 2. They say there is a new Xbox coming next Fall, when there isn't. They completely take Ballmer's words out of context, as Ballmer was referring only to Natal and even Microsoft sent a message out about that not really being confirmed. PC Perspective is just not a credible source to believe.
I do hope this all comes out to be true though. I'm really excited for this Zune. I was an early iPod adopter, but have come to absolutely loathe Apple for so so many reasons, and I've been dying to get rid of my original iPod.
All I use is Zune software all the time now, iTunes doesn't even exist on my computer anymore, so I need a Zune to perfect it all. I also love the radio, I listen to radio all the time, rather than my iPod and cds and all that, so this Zune is absolutely perfect, I'm super excited.

YES yayyy. thank god, i was actually a little scared there. but why a computer chip on a media device? oh well, im still happy.
and why would they need a new xbox, they cant really add anthing else except maybe motion censors in the controller like on the ps3. wich like 6 accelometers i thik i read? anyways.

I just heard that too. I am so pumped. This device is going to be incredible. I hope they actually make a deal with Nvidia to get their upcoming 2nd generation Tegra chip in there. It supposedly due out in October.

whew. so you know how they declined the Xbox games... maybe now with the tegra chip it would be possible? considering its a computer chip. nuthin kills ipod like a MS media player and xbox portable. but with no buttons, its kinda pointless.

I couldn't find this information anywhere, and i don't want to be an ass for not knowing about it, but how much is the Zune HD going to be? (Approximatly) I'm starting to save up money. I just hope that my mom will let me buy it
Oh and, my birthday is in september, so lucky my. I might be able to buy some accessories

alright im soo siked that this new zune can probably play xbox games, but the thing is that apple's iphone and touch are hackable that you can download anything for free and it has such great games. If the zune HD can do that then that would be truly an amazing feat for microsoft.

We shall see. It is a new device, so maybe there will be some exploit that will allow us to do such a thing.

if that happens it will make ipod games look like kiddy games. zune will dominate if they make it compatable with xbox games. they must be doing something big for it to be taking this long. considering theyve had demos and hands on videos. maybe theyll come out with the big ikiller thats taking 3 months
Because we'll get bigass power from a little chip. It will make your Zune look as good (if not better) than your PC. AMAZING!
