The device is tighter and more physically beautiful than the iPod Touch and it's got a better UI, the main menu's scrolling so natural through the swipe gestures. There's a little note on the side, under the volume toggle—"Hello from Seattle." The power button is up top. The home button is nice and prominent, a bar rather than a round button on the Touch. It's smaller. And the accelerometer is more swift in responding to repositioning; images rotate very fast.

Yeah that's weird. It may just be glitch of the current version. A lot of stuff is off, like "marketplace" doesn't even fit all the way on the home screen. I think it looks really good, everything is very fast. The guy holding seems like he's never even used it before. He tries to click on the playlist heading to sort by playlists and nothing happens, so he just ignores it. I'm guessing you would swipe to go to playlists there.
Either that man has very large hands, or the ZuneHD is much smaller than I would have thought from the pictures.
And the smaller it is in size, means the smaller it will be in storage. I wouldn't expect anything more than 32Gb of storage space for this thing. Darn :-(

This isn't the final product, although I wouldn't mind taking it home.
if the zunehd was a guy, id be gay. but anyways, theres only 2 things i dont like about it:
1. when he went into the music, it seemed all jumbled up and squished and confusing (but i know, it's not done yet, that might not even be the actual home screen)
2. it has to have at leest 36 hours of battery, maybe more (maybe it could use a phone battery, but i dont know how that stuff works)
3. and it has to be a capacitive touch screen so it doesn't get scratched or break (capacitive means it doesn't actually go on touch, it gets electricity from your finger and that way it can be glass covered for anyone who doesn't know. and thats also what the ipod touch has)
oops, that was three. and they weren't necisarrely things i didn't like about it, just thing i WOULD like about it.
