But you know the perception will be that Zune would be copying Apple, no matter the facts. Just having a touch screen is leading that already. I just think that feature would be gimmicky at best just like I did when they announced it for iPod Nano...

people shouldn't think that just because something has a touch screen that its an ipod clone. There were many touch devices before the ipod touch/phone which would make it a clone
