Zune gets frozen after a wile. I have one and it is pain in the A****. If you want to reset every other day and download all the music that you lost after reset then go-ahead and spend all that money on this peace of S****.

You guys are seriously morons.
Either that, or you people don't know how to treat your own things. I've had my 30gb Zune since June 9, 2007; purchased at 5:39pm & set & ready to go by 8:00pm. Since that time and now, I've only dropped my Zune three times. My Zune works marvelously; it only has 2 little scratches on the screen that you'd have to hold up to the light at an upright angle to spot. The back is as clean as ever. People are amazed at how well I've taken care of it. My friend owns an 80gb and even though I really want one, I believe that the 30gb syncs faster wirelessly than the 80gb. All-in-all, if you know how to care for a device, you shouldn't have any problems. |

Yeah i've had my Zune about a year and 1/4 now and i've only got a few scratches on it, still looks really good, and i haven't been particularly careful with it, dropped it a few times and so on, i'm amazed at how well it's kept

the 2nd gen zunes are nice, but nothing beats the 1st gen zune hardware. I can gladly sacrifice my ability to use a squircle in order to have the zune 30. I'd gladly upgrade to a zune 100...etc by taking my 30GB apart (carefully, and not today) and buying and installing a 100GB zune compatible hard drive (not too hard to find.) then, there you have it, one of the best portable media players ever, and it's nearly impossible to scratch, and real hard to mess up the internal components. Also, don't forget that the zune's are cheaper (typically) than ipods and many other media players.

I'm new to the Zuniverse having bought a Zune 30 a few days ago, and, I like it. I've had plenty of ipods and decided to see what the zune was like, and so far I like what I see. I think the interface is much better looking than the ipod's. The battery life is better, the volume is louder, especially for us old farts. Plus, the 30 gig Zunes are dirt cheap these days. Besides, any twink can own an ipod, people who really want to stick out own Zunes!!

I am still new to Zune too. Just by comparing an iPod and a Zune, I like the Zune wayyyy better. I mean, on an iPod, you can't change your background (and if you can, I didn't know) and the iPod has such a little screen nowadays and my Zune 30gb has one that you could see...for sure. So..overall, I am impressed by how much better a Zune is compared to an iPod.
