I bought a Zune 80 in early December to replace a video iPod and I have never looked back. It's been a wonderful device. I also bought one for my wife to replace her iPod and she loves it as well. The touchpad is wonderful as is the screen size. I never could quite bring myself to watch a movie on the Video iPod with such a small screen but I can watch them on my Zune without a problem.

Wow thanks! I've been looking all over the place for a good review of the Zune 80Gb. Only thing is, seems like he's favouring Zune. For reviews to be effective, they have to be as neutral as possible (i.e. not favouring one mp3 player over the other), even though he was pretty straightforward.
In the video, it seemed like the Zune 80gb screen consisted of small squares (not pixels, these were way larger) for the videos. Is that just from the camera, or is it actually like that? |

I'm like 99% positive that was from the camera, the picture on the Zune is much better than that.

I love my Zune 80 and wouldn't trade it for any other MP3 player. It so much better than an iPood it's rediculous. I put all three Pirates of the Caribbean onto it and I got sick a couple of days later and watched all three without ever having to get out of bed to watch TV downstairs, which for someone who is sick can be quite difficult.

But it seemed like the squares only appeared on the Zune screen, and not anywhere else :s |

Currently I have 8 seasons of South Park, 1 season of Arrested Development, 10 music videos, and 7 full movies between 1 1/2 and 2 1/2 hours. I also have a lot of music and it's only half full right now. It can store quite a bit without a problem.

Thanks! I was planning on getting every single South Park Season, and as many Family Guy episodes as possible, along with some movies.
Where did you get your South Park episodes from? |

Awesome. My friend has an 80G and it's amazing. I really want to get one but I have no use for all the space.
