Saw similar stock of the new flash models at a Target in Little Rock. Really wanted to buy, but am still playing with my Woot Zune 30.

there is no way they can't include a cd, not everyone has the internet....

But if you didn't have internet then you can't even install the SW in the first place.

Actually, the box DOES look big enough to contain a CD....IMHO

That doesn't even look like the same box in the image in the original post....is the box see-through from the front? Not buying it Greg....

Those ones in the photo aren't see-through on the front; it's a photo of the product. Assumedly the promo image at Amazon is showing the back of the box, or an earlier version of the box art. Same dimentions, though.
Basically, it come with either a mini CD, or no CD at all, from the looks of it. Sad, 'cos their old packaging was majorly sleek.

No from the looks of people already getting their hands on flash zunes early, there is no CD in the box... you have to download the software....

The top layer of the box is in the background to the left. I would assume it works like the current zune 30 boxes.

They have them out at both my walmart's too. Unfortunately though, all the black 8gb's are gone, otherwise I'd have bought one.

here's the product description for the zune 30 on amazon, so that means nothing. if they arent including it(which i'm leaning towards them not inluding it), that is just stupid.

not everyone dls music, some people do own legal copies of all there music...
