Default Erased all music on you desktop? try this

Okay I have discovered something in the software.
NOTE: this will help alot when you use the guest hack!
Rep Plz if you enjoyed this tutorial. :] thxs
if anything is wrong just IM ME OR EMAIL ME thxs have a great day
  • First: Connect your zune to your computer (the back if possible)
  • 2nd: Open Up the software.
  • 3rd: it should ask for you to connect as a guest unless you dont have music on your zune in that case dont use this
  • Connect as guest then when your connect go to the left side and find what you named your zune
  • 5th: Select the songs/movies/Pictures that you want to add to your software.
  • 6th: now press the button on the software that looks like two arrows
  • 7th:when you done that drag all to were it says sync
  • 8th: when you do this youll notice the button changed
  • END:Then Press the button and its a reverse sync
  • Hope this helps

This works for video and pictures, and any non DRM music. However, if your music has DRM on it, then you will have the file, but you won't be able to listen to it because you won't have the license to play it. Personally, I do this with a combination of backing up and restoring my DRM folder. (its a hidden system folder that contains all the DRM information) That way, I can restore the music in the way listed above, and then restore the DRM folder, which gives me the license to play the DRM content.

I don't have my Zune yet; however, I want to avoid all stupid situations. In what case does the Zune Software delete all your music?
