Default Issues w/ "All you can eat"

I have noticed that with the "all you can eat" plan, it isnt actually all you can eat.

Some songs do not work with this plan and can only be purchased.
&
Some songs have errors such as (rights to the song unavailable)

Has anyone else noticed this?

If you have the all you can eat plan, can you then burn the song to CD then copy them back in as .MP3?

DRM is a little confusing... what is the difference between buying a song and buying the burn rights... are they two seperate costs?

Can you do the CD thing with BearShare song? Will the Block message of "You don't have proper rights or something to play or transfer the file" be gone or what?

You can burn songs from Limewire, Bearshare, or any other P2P programs.

For anyone thats confused:
The Zune Pass is like renting the songs. And once you stop paying the "rent" (subscription), you lose rights to listen to the song. If you purchase the rights for $0.79, you own the song (like in P2P). Theres always Tunebite & other programs like it to "get around" the DRM when "renting," so you own it.

I've noticed that on the songs that are 'purchase only' are actually available on a 'best of' album for the most part.

Some songs have been sold outright to corporations as their theme song, and aren't available for purchase.

Or you could just re-record those songs you Dled on the pass with some sound recorder like Audacity. I'm thinking about doing that. Just listen to them when I feel like it and record with overwrite on. Yep...several ways to get past that damn Pass limit. In fact, I'm tempted to go for the pass.

OR you could use SoundTaxi, a DRM stripper for music. Below is a download of SoundTaxi Premium.

What I did was download the DRM songs and put them into Tunebite.

It worked, till my pass ran out and then I still had a whole more half to convert.

It also works with Urge. Try the trial, convert, and go. You can do the trial three times.

With the Zune pass, look up the Beatles, the only things available are interviews with the group.
