Default Definitive Guide to getting Marketplace working for Non US User

Hi,
been lookign thru all of the posts on here and wondering is there a definitive upto date step by step guide to getting this working.
Have seen numerous tips such as Zinternational
US Live Id,
Proxies,
Firefox etc

tried various combinations of these and no luck

Could someone list in the exact order what needs to be done.

TIA

Thanks
Its not necessarily even to buy or get a subscription though, just simply to access it to get podcasts, free vidoes etc, would be enough

You don't need it for podcasts...grab the RSS feed from the podcast site and paste that in to the 'add a podcast' dialog box.
