marketplace doesn't show all songs by artist

when i click on an artist and then click on an album it only comes up with three songs from that album. I know there are more than three songs on those albums too. it's pissing me off too because the songs i want are on the album but it wont show them. anyone know what to do?

they may just not have the rights to the other songs

no because i was on the same album a couple days ago and the songs were all there

they could have just lost the rights to sell the songs

for example

i used my zune pass to dl a sublime cd a while back
i learned today that i no longer had the rights to the music and had to buy the song

okay here is an example the lady gaga album the fame only shows the first two songs and im pretty sure that the rest are available but the songs aren't even there when you click on all and aren't whited out
