Having problem with zune marketplace

After I connect my Zune to my computer I go on Zune Marketplace, and for some reason, all I see is 7 albums that I've never even heard of. The computer does recognize my Zune, (black Zune in the bottom-left corner). Then when I search the marketplace it starts going really slow, and some albums only show up with two songs. For example when I search for Dark Horse (Nickelback), all it comes up with are social members and a bunch of bands named Dark Horse (or some variant of it). After searching for John Mayer, it shows up and it has all of his albums on the bottom. However, on every one I click on, only 1, 2, or 3 songs show up. This occurs with every album I search for. I also know that this whole problem isn't just that the marketplace doesn't have the songs because yesterday, the marketplace was working perfectly for me, and it showed up with all of the albums I have on the main screen. However, two days ago, this same problem (that I'm having now) occurred. So, if you need more details ask me, and I'll be glad to answer your questions. And yes, I am signed in. Also, possibly unrelated problem. I recently canceled Zune Pass, and none of the songs are deleting from my Zune, although it says I can't play them (as they expired from Zune Pass). However I bought some of these songs, and when I look it says it synched onto my Zune but when I try playing it, it still says its expired.
