My problem is that when I go to download anything off of Marketplace a screen pops up telling me to sign in. When I try to sign in an error comes up saying that I am not connected to a server or that the zune software is being blocked by a firewall. Obviously I am connected to the internet because I am posting now! I checked all the firewalls and it is not being blocked. Any ideas?
Anyone.... Bueller.... Bueller... Last edited by Beef Taco; 12-15-2008 at 04:10 PM.. ![]() |

I am almost positive that when you download off of there it uses Internet Explorer, even though you use Firefox for your internet browser. Also make sure your computer is update with the latest Microsoft windows updates. (including IE update as posted above)

Try turning off all your firewalls off, then reboot your pc. Try to complete your task now. If this does not work make sure to turn your firewalls back on.
oh is there a code number for that error

When you uninstall the zune software it leaves a lot behind creating problems the next time you install again. UNZOONE makes sure nothing is left behind so it makes it easier for you next time

I did it, I installed the software again, an it does the same thing. Either the unzoone didn't do it correct, or I need another solution.

hmm... Is it saying that it can't connect, or that cookies must be turned on? When I try to login and create an account it says my cookies are turned off and it is rly frustrating. I have this cool piece of hardware but am unable to access all the features. (BTW, first post, I love my 30gb brown zune!)
