Default Microsoft Points and the Marketplace

Hey everyone,
I bought some Microsoft Point card from America an applied it to my account, but whenever I try to buy a video in the Marketplace it says "Zune Marketplace is not available in your location" I've changed the regional settings to US, I have a US Live account, but this error still comes up.

Can anyone help me?
