Smile GET ZUNE PASS IN CANADA!!!

This is a long process! read all the way through before starting it!

After a day or two of trying, I’ve figured out how to get the Zune pass in Canada.

1. Get Google Chrome you’ll need the incognito window feature
2. Create a hotmail account in the incognito window saying that your region is U.S.
3. Create a new Zune account under this email also in the incognito window (Saying you are in the U.S.).
4. Go to Control Panel>Regional and language options>change your region to U.S.
5. Log into the Zune software under your U.S. account, you’ll see the marketplace in your software now.
6. Close all Google chrome windows and open a new one. Go to page (top right corner beside tools) and new incognito window.
7. Leave the incognito one open but close the normal one.
8. Now go to your Zune software, Settings>account>Zune Pass
9. This will open the registration window in the incognito window. Now it will let you register your Zune pass under a U.S. address use the address of a hotel or a friend’s house in the U.S. they won’t get any mail from Zune anyways.
10. Continue the registration process with your credit card and be on your way to getting a Zune pass.

That's a very inventive, very ingenious trick. How on Earth would anyone ever think of that?

Yeah thats pretty awesome, but if they get angry at you... what are you going to say.. "ermmm it was an accident " hahah

still sweet, but i don't know if i would want to use a credit card for something that is potentially against their rules :/

(I hold no affeliation with the Swedish * Electro/Gothic/Industrial* band named Captain Orange, though i've used the tag Captain Orange since 2001 and they formed in 2003, i don't mind since they seem pretty kewl)

if not, just use the paypal debit card,it makes a random anonymous number which resembles a mastercard credit card

besides visa and mastercard are accepted worldwide you could pay for anything in the u.s. with a canadian visa card and no-one would care.

Nice one! I did the same thing using "hidemyip". Did you guys know that there is a website that can help with stuff like this? zinternational. They have a program that can add "Marketplace" to your zune software.
Smiles from Peter

im trying real hard here ; ) but it just tells me that my card number is not valid. i assumed it was because (1) it was canadian, or (2) the address linked to the card did not match the one i entered, which, obviously, has to be american. also, it seems i cant get a paypal debit card unless i have a verified account with an american address.
is there a zune pass in my future...?

The Zune system will only accept American credit cards linked to an American address.
