No Album Art in Marketplace?

Hey, I ran through this forum but didn't see a thread related to my problem. Could have missed it, but...

In my marketplace, when searching for music online, it does not display any album art. The Zune logo shows up on a white background in place of all album art, which is quite annoying. On the main Marketplace page, as well, no pictures are shown.
This happens on both of my computers, and I'm not sure as to why.

Any ideas as to how to solve this problem?

Its not the music I have in my library that doesnt show the album art, its the music that in the online marketplace. No images show up at all. If I download an album or song, it comes with the correct album art. Even still, I would prefer to be able to see the images in the online marketplace.

Try the Media Reset Tool (link in my sig), see if that fixes it.

Hey, thanks for the help, but that didn't work either.
Any other help would be appreciated.

i had the same problem only mines was puting the same picture of metallica album on all my music when i would download from limewire i stoped using limewire and switched to utorrent and deleted all song with the metallica album and now i get the right album art

I would just take the time to do it manually and to do it right

right click the album and click update album art

No, it downloads fine. When I download music, it has the right album art. Its just when I'm on the marketplace itself, it doesnt show any album art at all. Just a gray square with the Zune logo in the middle.

hello, I'm having the exact same issue with the marketplace.

I only see the zune logo where the album art should be, when I download purchases to my zune the artwork is there...I just cannot see it in the marketplace.

I did try the media reset tool and it did not fix the problem....

help!
