Marketplace:downloads:Purchased section frozen

Hello,

I frequently download songs from the marketplace onto my computer at work and then add them to my library at home as I cannot hook my Zune into my work computer. Before today everything was working great. Today I went to my purchased section in the market place to retrieve some songs that I had purchased and it freezes up at 57%. I decided to let it sit for a while and see if it was just running slow but it will not progress past the 57% mark even after 4 hours. If anyone knows how to fix this or at least access the songs I purchased at work from my home pc I would appreciate it greatly!
