Default Unable to accept Terms of Service

Hi, I am a new Zune user and am attempting to sign in through the Zune software using my existing Live ID that I use for Xbox Live and Hotmail. I am able to log in on the website, but when I log in to the software it tells me that I need to accept a new TOS. I went to the official Zune forums and found a link to a Microsoft troubleshooting page, but their solution of going to my account page and clicking "I accept" doesn't work; I have no accept button. Has anybody else had this problem?

I would link to the threads on zune.net but this forum won't let me due to my postcount.

Login via Zune.net and accept the terms there.

I'm not getting prompted to accept any terms there, though. Is there a very specific section that I need to be in? I've tried my account page and the support section, and also clicking TOS at the very bottom.

Had the same problem happen to me! Its easy to fix! Make sure the internet is up and running! Then try to re-sign in on zune! It says you need to update tearms of service, right! Click on the link they give you to do that! Let the link load! After it is loaded, follow the steps to complete the zune tearms of service update! Then you are done once you complete the steps! Try to re-sign in to the zune marketplace on the zune software and it should go through! Hopes this helps!

Tell me, are you using IE, or another browser to view this? Because I use Opera and it gave me the same problem. Try it in IE, if you already haven't.

The same thing is happening to me. I am not a new Zune user, but I am from Canada.
I've tried using Firefox & IE and they just link me back to http://www.zune.net/en-CA/social/art...tosoftware.htm when I click "see updated terms of service"

I even tried this on multiple PCs!
