Video Podcasts don't covert or sync

I'm using the new software and new firmware and since I upgraded both I can seem to get video podcasts to sync to my Zune. I clicked on them to play them in the software and they won't play, but if I go to the folder where they are, they play fine. Isn't the folder supposed to automatically convert them? I always download all my podcasts from the Zune Marketplace, so I would think they would be compatible with the Zune or at least they would automatically convert.

Is there a way to force a convert? Or at what point should it happen? If I force a sync, I just get a yellow exclamation point and it says there is an error. When I click on the links there is no web help.

This is very frustrating because it did not do this before the update. I have tried just about everything I can think of. I don't want to have to convert everything on my own since I purposely go through Zune Marketplace so I can have the software do it for me. Is it broken in the new software?

Do you have the latest version of the software? I'm not sure if the old version would play and convert mp4 files, which video podcasts are typically formatted in. Are the videos in your podcast mp4? Or are they something else? Zune won't convert avi files, I know that *grumble grumble*

You have to have the newest version of the software and you might want to ensure you have the proper conversion codecs installed on your computer as the software needs them to convert.
