After Update, No Marketplace !!

I just installed the latest software update and now I can't seem to access the marketplace anymore. It says I'm still downloading something, but I can't get into the marketplace.

Everything was working fine before the update! damn M$ !!

as you can see i dont even have an option to select it anymore.

you have to change your location to the U.S., because the marketplace is only offered in the U.S., it might be set to like Arabia.

Start > Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Change your location to USA.

okay, this is making me really really angry.
i got onto the zune thing, and the marketplace and everything was working.
then i was like "i should download that update it's been annoying me about"
so i did it. and the marketplace does not work now. it's ''temporarily unavailable"
so i removed it. then reinstalled using your link. and it still does not work.
my control panel settings already said united states.
can i just download my old version that worked???
omg i am mad. help.

When I delete the zune software from my computer and install the one from your post (jackluo923) will it still have all the stuff I had on the original software?? P.S. I live outside the US
